Property owner inquiry.

Tell us: the door count, the rough geography (county or town), what your current operational layer looks like, and what you wish was different about it.

If we’re a fit, we’ll send back a short outline of how we’d structure the engagement and what the first thirty days would look like.

Restaurant or hospitality operator.

Tell us: what your monthly close looks like today, who your accountant is and what format they want, what’s breaking in the current workflow.

If your operator runs the floor and the close is the problem, we can usually start the next monthly cycle.

Vendor introduction.

Tell us: the trade you cover (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, snow, locksmith, etc.), the service area, references from one or two property managers, and your insurance posture (workers comp, general liability).

We respond to qualified introductions. Sales sequences not relevant to McHenry County residential work get archived without reply.
