Goroshi LLC was formed as a single-member Illinois limited liability company to consolidate three pre-existing lines of operational work — residential real estate operations, restaurant hospitality support, and on-site labor for property owners — under a clean corporate vehicle with proper insurance, recordkeeping, and tax treatment.

The choice of structure reflects the work, not ambition. A single-member LLC keeps the operational layer simple while giving owners under contract a real legal counterparty with workers comp coverage and a defensible audit trail.

Scope

Three lines of business. One operator.

Residential real estate operations across roughly ninety doors in northern Illinois. Operational support for an established Illinois restaurant. A small vetted team handling on-site maintenance and turnover labor.

The three lines share an operator, an office, and a document discipline. The work is not subcontracted out, the documents are not auto-sent, and the recurring deliverables run on fixed calendar cadences.

For detail on each line, see /services. For what we ship every month, see /work. For the locked operating rules behind it, see /principles.

Accountability

Operator-direct. No middle layer.

Goroshi LLC is operator-direct. Email correspondence reaches the operator personally, not a support queue. Inquiries about a specific property, a worker, a vendor invoice, or a document discrepancy land with the person who can resolve them.

Workers comp coverage is in place; certificate of insurance available to owners on the first labor invoice and renewed annually. The company carries the policies that the work requires — not more, not less.

For governance documents (operating agreement, MSA templates), legal counsel reference is available to counterparties on request.
